My fuji finepix s7000 has a distorted/ blurry image in oth the LCD and viewfinder the image is blurry in the viewfinder and the LCD. When I take a picture, it gets even more distorted.

A blurred image from a camera is often due to dirty lens or to water inside the lens gear, if it cannot be fixed by cleaning the lens, the whole lens barrel should be taken apart, and the lens cleaned and dried on the inside. If this still does not work it can be a problem with the sensor, but this would be quite uncommon, lens problems are much more frequent.
