for sending text messages : 1.go to your message settings and check the message center number to see if it is correct 2. call to your network operator customer care 3. request the message center number... 4.note it down 5. go to message settings>message center number 6. insert the number which is noted by you and save it

You cannot send messages because the message centre number stored in your mobile may be wrong.
Please enter the correct message centre number. To get the correct message centre number please call your service provider and they will provide you the number.

You may want to call your wireless provider to make sure they haven't blocked text messaging on your account. I had text messaging blocked on my account for a while because I had two children on my account and couldn't trust them not to run up the bill.
Try checking the SMSC (Message Center Number) number configured on your phone. If the Message Centre number is not configured or wrong then you will not be able to send..but you can receive.
Check... is there any setting called Inbox Setup in Message menu, then Text msg Setup -> Use GPRS -> NO

Did u try calling you're cellphone company to know if they blocked the text messages ?
If you're text messages are not block, can you tell me more on what happens, what error/messages you get or simply what you do
