Hi. I have power and my i pod charges, but no sound is transmitted even though the i pod indicates it is playing whilst connected to the Zeppelin. Any ideas.

Could be the arm, or the interface from the arm to the pcb. if you can play via the aux input it is the arm, if that fails then it is one of the boards inside, contact place of purchase or b and w service.

it is either your ipod video output, or the video output connection on the back. i would try a different pod, if that fails as well then send it back for repair.
report to b and w, sounds like the arm or the ampifier is playing up. when they check it, they will also make sure you have the upd to date power supply which has been bought in to resolve the numerous red light issues.
red ligh flashing is faulty power board, known problem on most models, contact point of sale or b and w service and they should arrange collection and fix, foc.
