My echo backpack blower won't accelerate without chocking down and shutting off. what is the problem

Take apart the blower and then re-assemble it according to the manual then you should be able to find and fix the problem.

Sounds like mixture is too rich. Get correct mixture per manual and refuel.

I have installed new carb kit, fuel lines, plug, and air filter. Blower continues to bogg down when opening up throttle. echo 770 blower any ideas?

I'm not to sure about the question. But you say it runs with the chock open. Your engine will only run with the chock open. Can you clarify?

adjust the carb,altitude can effect the engine

Sounds like a carbuerator adjustment. Turn the low speed adjustment screw counterclockwise 1 guarter turn.(closest to engine block) Turn the high speed out the same (farthest from engine block). You may have to tweak it a little, those adjustments vary. Hope that gets ya going.
