After replacing lamp tv screen or sound will not come on. yellow light is blinking but was also blinking when took the broke lamp out.

I have been a tech for 26 yrs now i have seen so many postings on here about bulging caps and so on but there is only 1 thing to do our workshop has 18000 dollars in test equipment alone there is a great reason for this the amount of vereables that can go wrong with nano electronics there is no easy fix to this problem it needs to be seen by a certified electronics tech this is your best chance of having this tv fixed correctly im not putting down other techs on this site but some things we can fix by computer network some we cant imagine even if this tv was in my workshop right now it would take us over an hour just to find and fix the cause
