For sure keeping electronics outside exposes them to temperature changes , which causes condensation on any available surface during the night when its cold , get those babys inside where theres a consistant temperature , next question , how does one draw liquid trapped inside circuitry back out again ??////

Hi, I’m from Yucatan, Mexico. I’ve always used Numark cd players, I have two Axis8 and two Axis9, and one day I had the same problem with an Axis9. I know a little bit about electronic so I opened the machine and began check it, I took the decision to change and electronic part, I took it from the another Axis9 which was working perfectly, this part is the memory, buffer, effects and it controls all the front panel, jog, play, pitch, etc. I discovered the problem, this electronic circuit part was wrong, I thought that it was impossible to repair so I began to investigate. I visited Numark web site, they sell any electronic part you need, I bought a new one from Numark Company for 200 dollars, and this is the most expensive. They sell parts for Dual Players, Axis, CDX, Mixers, etc. If I not wrong you need this part, now it costs 174 dollars: TWPC01C04603 PCB, Effects/Buffer - Axis 9 (Red) | I got it and my Axis9 works like new again!!! SOURCE: I have a 'Numark Axis 9' DJ standard CD player.
You will most likely need to replace the CD drive. I believe the OEM part is CM-H90. Only 8 screws to complete this task.
