u need to change settings on the printer from black n white or printer settings in windows is set to black n white. even your graphics software could be set to black n white. normally its windows or on printer itself in configuration settings
More info would be nice. Are you using HDMI or Component cables. If it is component cables (red, blue, green for video white and red for audio) Check your red and blue connection. Green alone will give you a black and white picture. If you are using an HDMI cable, replace the cable to see if this changes anything or if you have another tv swap cables to see if problem stays with tv or moves to another tv.
you can't shoot in black and white but you can take a picture and change it to black and white.after taking your picture use the color edit option at playback.arrow right or left to choose the picture then press the ok button.use the right and left arows again to select desired color and press the ok button again.this will save a seperate image copy of you original only in black and white.

You don't have to buy any special card, in fact there is no such thing as b&w picture card.

Make sure that the color control level is set to the default or 50% to start with. This should be in the Video menu.
The colour for the tuner and for the encoded base-band video uses a circuit area called the colour demodulator. It is possible that this cirucuit area has failed and needs servicing.
After checking out the owner's manual for that device I do not believe that this camera supports taking pictures in black and white. I believe that the only option you will have in this situation is editing the pictures once they have been transferred to the PC.
