Installing adobe flash player is very simple. First you need to check if your computer is compatible with it. Go to the website then you click on downloads, you will see adobe flash player by the lower right side of the screen, then you click on the adobe flash player, then click on system requirements, you ensure that your computer has the requirements that will support the downloading of the adobe flash player. Once your computer meets the requirements, then you click on download from the download page. After downloading, then you search for it from your downloads and double click on its run or auto run, then it will install on your system.

you have to remove any trace of it from your computer, then do a complete reinstall.

What browser are you using? Firefox? Internet Explorer? I have had this same problem. Try to uninstall the flash player and reinstall it. If that doesn't work and you are using Firefox, try to
uninstall and reinstall Firefox, just remember to save (export) your bookmarks first. Good Luck.

Did you visithttp://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ to download and install it? You need to download the file and then open it to be able to install it on your system.
