I bought one of these cameras, ive taken over 100 shots I so want to save, they all range from 1 meg to 2 meg in size, they are jpegs but nothing can see them, ive tried heaps of programs, card recovery programs and jpeg recovery programs, ive rung kodak but they were really unhelpful, it seems lots of people have had this problem on the net but I cant find a solution , I really want to save these photos, they are priceless... really unhappy with this product.
Well that is an odd situation if the card recovery programs won't work. My solution is a card recovery program.
I found a program that really assisted me and was free was Zero Assumption Recovery the website is:

You do have to download the program, and I think you have to have a memory card reader on your computer, but it recovered most of the pictures that I had lost when my camera listed my pictures as unrecognized file format. I hope this helps.
Try a different sd card or card reader

Ive tried quite a few card readers, ive tried a new sd card, formatted it etc, and it still happens...unrecognised file format.
So its a camera problem, but I dont care so much bout the camera, its the blank pictures I want to recover. If you google kodak "unrecognised file format" you will see lots of people have had the same problem.. thanks anyway..
