The sensor is located on or near the lamp compartment on the back side. If your lamp keeps blowing it may be the lamp cooling fan not working. However are you sure the lamp is blowing? Press menu and device on the front control panel both in together for 5 seconds and see if the led blinks a two digit code, then let me know the code. Please respond to this same post.
Some models have a input button instead of device button.Press menu and input on the front panel in together.
ok the code 12 means there are no errors stored. Are you positive that the lamps are blowing, as often times with that model the lamp connections can get pushed in through the mountings and your connections can get loose. Also have you noticed if the fan would continue to run on for a few minutes to cool the lamp after powering down/ The thermal sensors are located on the rear side of the lamp cartridge housing accessable after removing the rear cover.

I'm bewildered!!!!! PLEASE HELP oh by the way I have a another new bulb on the way
same problem. had the tv over a year now. never had a broken bulb. this one isnt broken either. i cannot see any broken glass what so ever. should i remover the rear cover and move the thermal sensor thing ? or maybe try to push the two bulb connector prongs farther out so they make better contact?
