It sounds like you may have a problem with your controller. Pressing the L2 button and moving the left analog stick, which also controls walking, will result in SackBoy moving his right arm (left as he's looking at you.) If your button is stuck, it will override the walking function. Try holding down the L2 button and releasing it rapidly. Hopefully this will snap back the rubber contact pad back into position. If this doesn't work, try a different controller if you have access to one. As a last resort, you can try disassembling the controller, if you feel comfortable doing so, and making sure that the contact pad is in correctly and not bunched up and also that the return spring has plenty of bounce. Hope this helps. Have a good day!
That may be a controller issue. If you notice your characters doing anything odd in other games (like walking off of cliffs or into open gunfights, or firing repeatedly even though you're not pulling the trigger) you may simply need to replace your controller.
It sounds like you have controller issues, try using another controller and see if they still walk circles. If the joystick is not in the centre home postion when you turn on console it will read left/right/etc as the centre. Also try using a different battery in the controller, mine has the same charging issue and i found that jiggleing the plug and play cord can sometimes turn the charger cord from green(or nothing) to red. Good luck..
SEE IF YOUR ZONE CONTROL CABLE IS MOVING ITS THE ONE THAT KILLS THE ENGINE WHEN YOU WALK AWAY FROM THE MOWER ? IT SOMETIME GETS BENT OR BINDS AND IT WONT MOVE THE RELEASE MECHANISM UNDER THE FLYWHEEL EDGE
Sounds like it was dropped or had something spilled into it. The motion control joystick or the arrow butttons are messed up. I bought a second wireless unit, tried it out and took the batteries out and put it away in a drawer. If the main unit goes bad, I'll have a backup. They can be found for around $30, which is less than a lot of games that end up being duds.
