If the microwave is under warranty present it with proof of ownership to the manufacturer inorder to enjoy warranty benefit(lower cost and better quality part).

Another way to get the kneading blade replacement is to visit the manufacturer website to order for it stating the microwave oven model number and give your house detailed address.

However the kneading blade can also be purchase at any authorized dealers around your local area with the model number for compactibility(easy use).

It would be helpful to know exactly what machine you have, but the bottom line is, you need to access the screen at the bottom of the machine, where the water exits into the pump. Many units have a macerator blade in front of the screen that chops up large particles of food so that they will pass through the screen. The blade is attached to the same shaft as the pump, which both supplies the high pressure water to wash dishes and pumps out the dirty water at the end of the cycle, and if there are small hard particles, such as bits of bone, plastic or broken glass in there, they can jam the blade so that the pump does not pump properly. You will need to remove the dish racks whatever covers, etc., are on the bottom inside the machine to get at the screen and/or macerator.

you are not alone. But it does, when taking a look at it, look like a blender. Obviously the price reflects its uses.

A normal screwdriver will do the trick.

If you were to log on to the manufacturer's web site, I think you will be pleasantly surprised as usually one is able to download, by model number, Customer Instruction Manuals, list of Dealers, for spare parts and service and Installation Instructions as required.

Just Google the manufacturer's name and follow the links. Make certain you are directed to the manufacturer's web site as some search engines direct you to other sites and they charge for the information that is normally free of charge.

I have a kneading blade for the ABM6200 welbilt bread machine. I sent it out to have it teflon coated and it is really great. Unfortunately my bread maker broke and I never installed the blade. I have the blade and the manual if you are still interested.

you may have (probably) put something in there that wouldn't chop or grind, and the blade wasn't able to turn. When this occurs, a safety feature called a 'shear pin' breaks. The shear pin passes through on side of the base of the blade, through the motor shaft, and out the other side of the base of the blade. The pieces of the shear pin have to be removed, and replaced with a new pin. A common roll pin of the appropriate diameter should do the trick. Bear in mind the shear pin is a 'pressed fit', so removal of the old bits may be difficult. But it can be done.
