HI I have a 2 drawer F&P unit. the bottom draw works perfect, the top has not power and no display at all. Please help, Cheers.

Unfortunately the power is distributed from the inside to the two drawers.
You will have to address the cause of the problem in the top drawer.
If you are good at electric repairs you could disconnect the power from the dishwasher power board itself, but this is not for the faint hearted (no offence). Might be helpful if you can provide a little details about the problem with top drawer. Generally if you are getting F1 message on the panel on bottom drawer and top drawer display is blank (ie no power), then the power board at the base of dishwasher is blown and needs to be replaced. Please clarify model number as the one you provided is for single drawer unit. Make sure the mains power is turned off when you work inside the diswasher.

1 the inlet valve need replacing its bottom of the draw bit tricky to replace it to check it just unclip bottom draw to the side disconect the hose from the inlet top draw valve and turn it on for a sec see if water pumps out make sure you got small bucket if that works finne. 2 its the pump under neath the dish draw thats very tricky took me 1 hour to do

As long as there is no plates or anything stopping it from closeing i will then say that there are 2 side rails that the draw glides in & out on,get down on the floor & check up underneath the draw for smooth gliding operation.also is it possible that a fork or peice of cutlery has gotten over the top & fallen down jambing the draw from closing.

The sensor that tells the dishwasher that the drawer is closed may be faulty or dirty. This means the dishwasher thinks the drawer is open and ignores the start command.

You can clean/ replace the sensor at the back of the cabinet. Unfortunately I don't think the service manual gives instructions on location or replacement procedure for parts.

However, you can download the parts manual from Stokes Appliance & spare parts and locate and order the part.

My top draw F&P won't drain, it seems to want to go thru the cycle, but then leaves about 3 inches of water. no codes are displaying. No extra beeping. please help!

Ok you need to remove the motor rotor it's under the spray arm and comes out like a light bulb from the top draw and check for anyting stuck under it or any damage done to it. Try swapping it with the one out of the bottome drawer and see if that works. When you first start the washer does it drain all the water?? if still no luck try swapping the motor contoller modules (computer board) from the top drawer to the bottom drawer and retry both drawers ,if the fault moves drawers with the part, then that part is faulty cheers

I'm not really sure. With the double drawer configuration, I know the top drawer is larger than the bottom drawer. If I had to take a guess, I would say the single drawer might fit in the top of the double drawer.

sometimes if the heater is faulty only one drawer will work and the other drawer will flash f1

disconnet power to unit....circuit breaker...wait 30 minutes....try again
