I can not get the software to communicate with the camera. Any suggestions? I can't get Panasonic to resend the software.

The software says the video file is not an NTSC type. I wonder why this software is published for a Pal camcorder!!
The software will work only if you attach the camera to the electricity cable comes with the camer...The software will not work using the battery.
I had same service pac 3 error ; i just ignored it, continued, and the software loaded fine.
I have a Panasonic SDR-H60 Camcorder. The Video Cam software
(Version 1.00.019) that comes with it does not recognize the hard drive in the camcorder due to a conflict caused by Windows Service Pac 3. Panasonic does have one updated version of Video Cam Suite (Version 1.00.021) online and available for download, but I do not know if it will resolve your issue. I want a version that will fix the conflict with Service Pac. 3. Anyone know of one yet?

Yes. When I open video cam suite. a pop up appears with run time error.
If I click on it then it closes down.

yup, the software loads, I click on the camera drive, then it says: "Please wait" for an infinite amount of time. I got it too work once, but that was it. Panasonic cameras are awsome, but the software sucks hairy balls!
