Paloroid 7

Hi Kidada
Press power on and volume up button together, this will reset. If you get the Android icon with an exclamation mark, press down volume, select master reset then reboot.

I dropped my Polaroid PMP280C-4 and now the screen is cracked. I'm not sure if I can get a warranty on it and I'm short on money.

Warranty will not cover physical damage. try looking on ebay for a used or broken one and see if you can swap out the part.

What kind of sd card does a polaroid mp3 model pmp280c-4 take.

mini-SD card. Here is a 4gb one on amazon for $7.99 (your device can take up to an 8gb card but make sure you get a MINI SD and not a regular SD.

My grandaughter has a polaroid [pmp280c-4] music and video player and the screen got cracked can it be replaced with a new screen?

Here is a new one at Amazon.
I doubt you could get a technician to even look at a repair for $45.

www.amazon.com/Polaroid-4GB-Music-Video-Player/dp/B004JXTH30

It has the capacity to take an 8GB microSDcard, which they will sell you for another $12.

I could say, It's your Granddaughter, go ahead and order one now, you know you want to, but it's only to cover up my fear of how disposable everything is becoming.

I have a polaroid mp3 player 4GB PMP280C-4 i madea mistake and adjusted the brightness and noe the screen completely dark. how can i get it back to normal

Ok, I had this problem & finally fixed it! Hold the power button till the word "polaroid" come across the screen, wait a few seconds to make sure its on. Push the bottom right corner of the screen, push the middle of the left hand of the screen next, go down to about the middle of the screen and start pushing towards the right. If it doesnt work right off then keep trying cause it does work!

I need a driver for a touch screen polaroid 4gb PMP280-4 mp3 player .

you dont need a driver. you got the driver w/installation cd.you need an icon(shortcut) on the desktop so you can find and start the program to convert or encode the vid files to the correct format.btw, on the box of mine it is "pmp280c-4". the problem is that when the setup disk installs the software it DOES NOT put the icon (shortcut) to the software on the desktop like it says it did or will! the software and device are ready but one cant find the program. i have win vista and i found the program with: start button on the taskbar (at the far left), click it and then click "all programs" and then look for "media player utilities 5.20". click that, and then right click "video converter" and then "point" to "send to" and then click "desktop (create shortcut)". this will do what the setup program did not do-it puts the shortcut on the desktop.
