GE Eterna side by side fridge Model ESS2SLGMAWW

GE Eterna side by side fridge Model ESS2SLGMAWW The water dispense was suddenly stopped working. I have changed the filter, pressed the reset button several times, pulled the fridge out to be certain the water line wasn't kinked...but still no water. The ice maker works fine, and I can occasionally hear the water "whoosing" through the tubes. Any advise would be appreciated!

I've got the same problem...have de-thawed everything, (this was how we fixed it before) and still can't get water to dispense. Guess another 75 bucks service call...urgggg...

GE Eterna side by side leaks on the freezer side in the front onto the floor. I don't know where it's coming from. Fridge and freezer are still keeping things cold. Ice maker and water dispenser are...

Look in the floor of the freezer and if you see ice you have a stopped up drain.

i had the same fridge i had to replace line in the back i dont know how but busted and when i try to get water in front door will end up in floor, also it has a selenoid that could not be working.

Water is not dispensed but icemaker is working

It's more common to be frozen in the door. You can disconnect the line under the unit before it goes into the door at the bottom hinge. Push the dispenser button and see if it comes out there. If it does leave the door open till it thaws
If it doesn't come out then disconnect the line to the water dispenser at the water inlet valve on the back where the water supply comes in and try the dispenser. if you hear the valve work but water doesn't come out, the valve is bad. If the water comes out then check the reservoir.It's behind the crispers in the fridge.

Yes, it could be the water filter. Also check to make sure the water is turned on and that any lines to the refrigerator aren't kinked or crushed somewhere. It's also possible that you will not be making any ice as well if your appliance has an ice maker

No water flow

turn the freezer side to zero fridge side will zero also . click for water it should work . just worked for me no water for 1month replaced the filter and everything.
