My friends list has disappeared on all games, I've tried changing the comment but no luck. Can I get my friends list back without losing any data?

It sounds like an issue with connectivity to the server. This may just be an issue of server overload which cannot be helped on your end.

The best thing to do here is to back up the tablet, then reset it to factory settings.

First thing is to back up the tablet.....

First, connect the tablet to a computer
Go to your apps/settings/backup and reset
click on back up data and back up the data on the tablet to the computer.

Now reset the tablet to factory settings...
Go to settings/backup and reset and click on factory data reset.
Now click on reset tablet.

Once this is done, check for updates and then try your bluetooth keyboard.

Now go back to backup/reset and restore your backup if evrything is working. If still no good, get a new tablet.

mine deleted as well... i uninstalled then re-installed and it was back to normal...

This is a problem with Facebook. Because they have so many users updating a lot of things, the system can fall behind sometimes and lose comments or entire status updates. I've even had events go missing occasionally.

Give it a while (it ranges from a few minutes to a few hours) and the updates should start appearing again. Once i went a week without being able to update my status or change my profile picture, so please be patient, there is nothing you can do to resolve the problem yourself.

You should be able to read the comments etc in your emails however.

There is no such thing as lossing your friend list except if you accidentally deleted them from your friend list.
There are a few ways you might be able to go about this,
Follow the steps below to see if they help you.
1.Ensure that you are signed in and if not you can sign in or try signing out and signing in again and then all your friends should be on your account there.
2.If that doesn't work, you can check the list of recent people with whom you played games and if you played a multiplayer game with any of them recently, you should be able to see their names and re-add them.
Lastly, if the previous steps don't help, you are sure to have sent them messages of recent.
You can go into your sentbox of messages and you should see a list of all sent messages and the people to whom you sent these messages. You can go through the messages and add them again.

Ok try this, Just update All you need to do is change your comment status.

Try making an alternate user on the system itself and log into PSN. It might be that when you turned the system off the hard drive was in the process of writing and there's a possiblity that the user data was corrupted.

dont know her friend might of turned it of while it was saving turning the game saved data to scramble :/ u might need to start again sorry :l hope i helped (:

First go to settings and have the PS3 update the system's date and time via internet. If that fails, try rebuilding your database (It's helped many people in the past).

This is how to rebuild your database:

1. Turn off your PS3.
2. Press and Hold the power button down; the system will turn on and turn off once again. Once the system is off then take your finger off the button.
3. Press and Hold the power button down again until you hear 2 consecutive beeps.
4. When you hear the 2 beeps take finger off power button.
5. You will be prompted to plug in your controller via USB and then hit the PS button.
6. The Recovery menu will pop up.
7. Select the Rebuild System Database option.

The Recovery Menu supports the following options:

• Restart System: Restarts the PS3 System.
• Restore Default Settings: Reset all system settings back to default.
• Restore File System: Checks for corrupt/missing system files.
• Rebuild Database: Rebuilds the Operating System for the PS3 (doesn't delete anything).
• Restore PS3 System: Fresh restore; Deletes everything and starts from Scratch.
• System Update: Updates the PS3 firmware to current version.
