Hold menu until meni appears then choose settings (fifth menu item) then choose last menu item (Reset all settings) then choose second menu item (Reset) then select your language. Hope this helps
You should turn on the mp3 player (duh!) and go to settings. On the menu, go to "language". Then select "English" or whatever language you want. I hope that helps and works!
