This is not a lock.This problem occurs when Sim card IC is damage,Sim Case damage.But one thing you can try is Clean the sim Case and Sim card.Insert the sim and switch in the phone .If the problem still persist Contact mobile repairing shop.Good luck Thanks

Hi,pls check the phone changing port,inside the port should have a pin,the pin broken will effect changing.
Make sure changing port ok,chager ok.
Mayb changing Ic has been spoil.u need sent for repair.

Just format your phone by the following way
To Format the phone
1)Switch off the phone
2)Hold 3,* and Green button simultaneously
3)Now press the power button holding the 3 button, After 5 seconds leave the 3 buttons
4)You phnoe should say, formatting and all your data would be reset to factory orginal
CAUTION: You will loose all the data and contacts stored in phone memory, But this is the only way
Hi, on 3 branded devices (Nokia,SE etc) you can't change the band mode. This modification is built in to the hardware to prevent using 2G (GSM) network whom 3 have to pay "roaming" charges. The only way to use GSM mode is to modify the hware. Forum rules doesn't support hacking etc so can't help you here...
