My MP3 swagger is not playing the music I have put on here.

Hi, the chances are the problem is with the ear phones try using another pair, you will find that over time the wire near the connector on the ear phones breaks and you lose connection so try another set just to make sure it is not them causing the problem, the chances are it is them.

other likely causes could be
1 the music is saved in wrong format such as wma and it should be mp3 so this will need checking
2 check volumne and any mute button you may have on it

try another set of ear phones first then let me know what happens, also check the ear phone socket has not got something stuck inside it like a piece of paper
