The front rubber cover and bracket for the Aspire front wheel is part #561670 and the list price is $160. It is available from Sunrise Medical at 800-456-8165. I replace these quite often because they wear out. The components underneath tend to be sharp and can cut your foot and ankle. I am afraid that this part is available only from the manufacturer.
It is possible to use a rubber inner tube or large rubber hose to cut and shape a replacement part if you are inclined to save a little money. I don't know how well this would work in practical use. Hope this helps.

When trying to charge batteries, charger will kick on for a few minutes & then off, on, then off. What is problem?

Unfortunatly, your batteries need to be replaced. The batteries contain a gel that needs to have current run through it on a regular basis (at least 8 hours once a week) or it will solidify. If you attach the charger, what will most likely happen is the green light will either stay green or go to green after a very short time. The charger will indicate the batteries are full, but instead of being full of power, they are full of crud. Your warranty will most likely not cover replacment as this is due to customer neglect, but your insurance may still cover the replacement if you can wait for the process to go through. Otherwise, you will need to replace the batteries on your own, check your owner's manual or contact the manufacturer for the battery type. Good luck!

I need to replace the batteries in a quickie rhythm wheel chair, can you please tell me how to get to the batteries to replace them?

If you are able you need to remove the seat. Lift up on the lever on the right side under the seat and lft Don't forget to disconnect the joystick cable that goes into the shroud near the seat post. After you have gotten the seat out of the seat post remove the shroud covering the base by pulling up to relaese the velcro tabs. You should be able to see the batteries. Disconnect the cables and lift out each battery. Replace with new ones making sure you reattach the wires to the correct polarity. Red to pos black to neg. Hope this helps

Where can I purchase new wheels for my Gaurdian Aspire Power wheelchair? 9" center drive wheels......6" front and 5" rear wheels. The chair is in fine condition but can't find a supplier for the...

many wheelchair companies would love to sell you a new chair, because that is how they make most of their money. If you check around, many of the durable home medical equipment companies can special order parts for wheelchairs and scooters and also repair your chair as well. Have you tried to contact Guardian via their website to see if they can give you a list of local vendors? Let me know if I can give you more suggestions or help you find a vendor. GOOD LUCK and God Bless!!

wd-40 and a rubber mallet tap around the wheel so not to bind one side, or you may have to take it to a dealer with a wheel puller, PS do not lose the key that holds the axle to the wheel
