SOURCE: Not able to program vizio remote towork with att uverse Cisco box

Hi,
Maybe too late for you but ATT just gave me a code that works with my Vizio plasma. Code is 1343. Even the mute works correctly. They gave me some others to try but I didn't need them. Other codes were 1018, 0030 and 0056.

SOURCE: remote not working after replacing

To check if the r/c is working...If you have a phone with a camera, look at the top of the r/c through the camera, you should see a light when you press any button,if not the r/c is faulty.

I have a Strong SRT 5066 Set top Box. I can't pick up any HD channels. Is this box HD compatible or do I need to buy a HD Box?

Just add the same problem. You need a HD set top box, supplied by your cable co. Your picture quality will depend on the strength of the HD signal. If you have correct box and signal, you may need to double click your remote select button to activate HD channels/
