I am having a problem configuring my daugters MP3 player. We got our son and daughter the same GoGear ViBE MP3 palyers. His come with a disk for set up. Hers did not. So I set up through Rhapsody and have have his account all set. Can I use hers through his account. I can't afford 2 separate accounts. I hook hers up and it won't let me configure hers. I need some advice on what to do. You can call me at 989-277-1611, it would be easier if you could walk me through this issue. I'm not super computer savey.

your going to need a conversion program because most likely the itunes files are .acc and not.mp3 so find a nice little converter and enjoy

Deleting Files,Pictures,etc from MP3 Player

Hook up your mp3 player to your computer Go to your desktop and double left click on "My Computer" When it opens you will see listing that says "Devices with Removal Storage" your mp3 player should be listed there. Right click on your mp3 player, and a window will open, right click on "Open" and now your files/songs should be visible. Hold the left click down and drag it across all the files/songs that you do not want this will highlight the files/songs you do not want, release, right click and then click on "Delete" Now you mp3 player should be clear of the files/songs you do not want. you should be able to put it into recovery mode by holding the volume up button while hooking it up to the computer after that you should be able to do a recovery on it using the software provided with the player
