Washing Machine Aquarious Ultima the screen shows F 05 ? it does not finish washing and the door can not be opened

If all the water has drained away. POWER OFF. Lid has to be removed. slide arm down inside of front panel to door lock and rease it. A new door lock would be required. An engineer can do this

Try the following, may work:
Press the Start/Cancel button together until all the console Led's illuminate

1. Press both Start/Cancel and On/Off buttons together until 'd off' appears
2. Default screen should return. Switch off.
3. Wait for 2 minutes to try the door. If helped click.

Machine may not be finding the signal from the door interlock, check the wire connections to it.

Sound like your drain pump is blocked. Tilt the machine as far back as you can to access underneath. The drain pump is located at the rear corner. Make sure to have a basin and remove the pipe going from the drain pump to the tub and see if anything is obstructing the pipe or stuck in the tub, is usually a sock. Hope this helps.

Error code F05 indicates pressure switch jammed on full.
Remove lower rear panel of washer.
Remove large black hose on bottom of drum.
Remove and clean filter inside hose.
Remove hose onto pump, and check for blockage or obstruction here as well.

Make sure there is no water in drum before you start.

Assuming child lock is not on...Water not fully going away/ blockage @ filter.

F 05 normally means there is a blockage or a fault with the pressure sensor. The common place for blockage is in the black pipe from the drum to the pump as it has a filter in here and clogs up. remove the pipe and clean the filter out and remove gunk from the pressure sensor on the side of the pipe as well. If that does not fix things the pressure switch could be faulty itself

Hi,I have a 2nd hand Hotpoint Ultima digital washing machine & cant seem to use it as when i turn it on on display screen the childlock icon flashes & beeps,even when door is open/closed,when i select a programme the icon still flashes & beeps therefore i cannot use machine.hope you can help me with my question Thanks.GILLI37

There are 3 possibilities 1 altough the water as drianed the pressure switch as not released due to blocake in the filter, or the interlock has jammed on the closed position which means it will have to forced open or the last fault could be the power board has gone.
