I cant uninstall security shield anyway. its causing a lots of problems. please help me.

NO PC stated, so gets hyjacked anyway.
if it is a PC and I see those are 32ohm 3.5mm phone plug electromagnet head phones.
The problem is caused in this case by bad connection or the headphones shielded, wire 3.5plug is damaged
If you try other phone (any) and it works ok,you know it is not the PC problem.
buy $1 earbuds at a Dollar store and prove that, for $1
the other cause (I cant see you or it) if the head phone wires
are long and land near a WALL wort transformer power pack it sure can hum. the cure is easy move the PACK away from phone lead in wire. even desk lamp power pack can do that.

I dont have a proper solution ,, sorry ,,i have the same problem since May 19th. From one day to the next ,, suddenly the bbc iplayer does not recognise my expat shield UK address ,, it keeps telling me "programmmes are not available in your area. But when i check on other sites where i am , my IP address is UK, and i can connect to itv player no problem. I have tried numerous times since then, and still no connection, i think Hotspotshield has done this deliberately,to force people to pay for the Elite service.I wrote to them (anchorfree) about this problem, but the answer is always about Hotspotshield ,,, they fail to recognise my question is about Expat shield,, useless support service.
Anyway my small solution at the moment is Hola unblocker(mozilla FF add on),, on some days it sticks a bit but most days it works fine

Uninstall the HotSpot Shield Toolbar

Go to Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs > Hotspot Shield Toolbar > Remove/Uninstall. Click "Yes" to confirm the uninstallation. If you are using Mozilla Firefox, go to Tools > Add-Ons > Extensions > Hotspot Shield Toolbar > Uninstall. Restart your Web browser.

Uninstall HotSpot Shield

For Windows:
Go to Start > Programs > Hotspot Shield > Uninstall Hotspot Shield. Uninstalling Hotspot Shield is just like uninstalling any other Windows program. After you finish uninstalling, please open your Web browser and delete cache. Restart your Web browser. You are now done.

For Mac:
Go to Applications. Find Hotspot Shield and drag it to your Trash. Hotspot Shield will be fully uninstalled from your Mac.

Did you uninstall with a program like Revo uninstaller? That program finds files that are often left behind with a routine uninstall.

try blowing out all of the dust from your keyboard using a fine air blower from an air compressor making VERY sure there is no MOISTURE in the lines.
dust causes static which causes lots of problems with a computer and its parts
click start control panel keyboard hardware then properties you should see driver details,you will have options to update driver,roll back driver,uninstall
make sure you have the driver for the keyboard before uninstalling the driver
make sure the lead is good and has a secure connection diconnect the keyboard then reconnect it then reinstall the driver
as for the mouse
make sure the battery is good (has full charge)also you might test the usb device for the mouse is inserted correctly into the usb port (if applicable)
click start control panel mouse you should see 4 tabs buttons,pointers,pointer options also hardware under hardware you can troubleshoot or
select properties under driver you will have the options to update driver,rollback driver or uninstall and under hardware you can troubleshoot

Got to control panel, add/remove programs (windows XP) or programs & features if vista/windows 7), search for Security Shield and hit uninstall. Reboot your computer you should be ready to go.

Assuming you have Windows...

Click on START
Then SETTINGS
Then CONTROL PANEL
Then ADD REMOVE PROGRAMS

Find the security shield program that you want to remove in the list and click on REMOVE.

Just say yes when it asks you if you want to fully remove the program.

do u have yahoo msg or aim i have full verison noadware ill hook ya up that do it then remove spysweeper from system will run cc cleaner afte rthat get rest junk coretped files out then scan noadware program after do all that cheak msconfig will install spysweeper again from website download ok

Try uninstalling the app then reinstalling it to the phone to the phone memory (not the memory card). Then restart the phone. Then launch the app and enter the registration info that you got from mobilesystem. Good luck!
