Your operating sysem is corrupted and need to reinstall the operating system. or if you have the system back up file, try to run the back up files to solve the problem.

It must have been something you have installed. I'm afraid you'll have to hard rest your device, to get past this problem. Be warned that all programs you have installed, as well as your personal data and settings, will be deleted, because your device will return to its factory defaults. Before you begin, your device's battery should be, at least, 3/4 full. If you are not sure, leave it connected to the wall charger for a couple of hours. Then, if your device is on, turn it off. Now turn it back on. As soon as you see the first screen, press and hold the Action button (the center of the D-pad), until a message comes up like 'Master Reset?' Relese the button and press the left softkey ('Yes').

reinstall phone software

wiggle the stylus over the cross hairs until it moves around the screen and the screen alignment is completed. Then further software will self install and the phone shopuld be right

first remove the battery then reinstall it, hold the 2 soft keys and the power button at the same time, do not release either, til the reformat screen appears... then press the green call button.

You'll have to remove the battery. I had this similar problem with my Moto q9c. I ended up replacing the battery and haven't had the problem since.

sounds like liquid damage

you can try to clean it internally, or wipe the charging port with a toothbrush and denatured alcohol.

Will it just not boot up all the way but just stops?

The only way to fix that problem is by re-installing the windows software on the phone.

Power the Shadow off. Hold down the two soft buttons (The two right under the screen) and turn it back on. There should be a quick menu that pops up asking if you want to reset it. Say yes, let it reboot, and it will then start restoring your phone to defaults.

You will loose all your data.

Reflash the operateing system. If you have the knowledge on how to do so.

2. Take it to the shop where you bought it for repairs and analysis motherboard might be damaged.
