The dust bag holder is an important part of this vacuum. Make sure the bag is installed into the holder sliding bag collar into slots to secure.
Make sure the bag is tucked into cleaner. or the bag cover will not latch securely.
Also, the motor and exhaust filters should be cleaned at each bag replacement.
REPLACING THE FILTERS
Filters should be cleaned or replaced when they become visibly soiled or suction power is reduced. Always operate the cleaner with the filters installed to avoid motor damage. The dust bag must be changed and the filters cleaned or replaced if the window of the Clean Filter Indicator changes into red when the cleaner is operating at maximum power and the nozzle is raised from the floor.

I have a bravo 2 eureka bagged upright suction is very bad changed bag cleaned roller still bad what should i do next

Replace the belt if it is over a few months old. Even if the suction is great it won't pick up dirt very well if the belt is stretched out.

Since I replaced the bag in my Eureka Rally 2 (this was the first time) the suction has not been working well. Could you please tell me what I could have done incorrectly. Thankyou

Vacuum shoots dirt or whatever it has just vacuumed out the back of the vacuum. I checked and cleaned the filter and the vacuum bag and it still leaves dirt behind the vacuum.

Good morning,

If you've checked both the bag and the filter, the next step would to check for any clogs.

I will detail what you will need to do below, or you can always reference your Owner's Guide (check: How to Check and Clear Hose Blockages)
http://www.eureka.com/service/manuals/77418_r2.pdf

Step 1: Remove hose from hose retainer on the base and check suction at end of hose - if little or no suction, check dust cup. Empty if needed. If no improvement, proceed to step 2.
(Make sure you turn off the switch and unplug the unit before proceeding to step 2)

Step 2: Remove electrical cord from cord hooks. Disconnect the clear tube by unscrewing the 2 screws, then lift away from cleaner. Check for any obstructions that may be in the tube or hose. Any obstructions can be removed by using a blunt instrument to clear the tube or hose (I will sometimes you a bent hanger or a retractable pointer). Flexing the hose may help loosen the blockage. After clearing blockage, reverse above steps to reassemble unitpcfloy86_0.jpg.

I hope this helps. If so, please give this solution a thumbs up!
Have a good day

Eureka rm 4480

Hi there SmartAlec from NelsonVacuums.com.au . Unless there is a bad sound coming from your vacuum i would suggest you have a blockage. This machine is prone to getting blockages in 3 different places.
  1. at the base behind the brush.
  2. Inside the main suction hose - this should be removeable so you can drop a small coin through. If it doesnt fall easily viola blockage found.
  3. Where the dirt enteras the chamber or bag.
Basically start by removing all hoses and filters and turn machine on put your hand over all inlet and exit points provided you can feel airflow at one of these points work backwards from there and identify the point at which you no longer feel airflow.
HAPPY vacuuming !

Eureka 4331 (Boss Lite) vacuum doesn't pick up dirt anymore

I no more use Eureka 4331 (Boss Lite). But the most common reason for not picking up dirt might be the vacuum bag might be full. Need to be Clean or replace as recommended by the manufacturer or The air filter traps particles as the air travels through the vacuum cleaner. If the filter is clogged, the vacuum cleaner will not have proper suction. If your vacuum filter is clogged, refer to your owner's manual for cleaning instructions. I recommend having Eureka Power Speed for yourself. 7_21_2021_9_09_38_am.jpg

My eureka has no suction at all

try taking out the bag and checking to see if the inlet port onthe bottom of the inside of the bag bay is giving any sucion or if you can feel air rushing past your fingers. if there is then there is eiher a full bag, or a clog in oneo f the inlet ports going to the bag that the vacuum cannot clear. also make sure your filters are clear of debree and clean.
