Blodget Oven I own a pizza place and bought a blodgett oven from a pizza hut. THis morning I came into find the oven buzzing and the screen read probe short 1. What does this mean?

had the same problem, safety gas valve is sticking get a small hammer and tap saftey valve. Just bought a new saftey valve about 3 weeks ago pilot light lite but now flame. I have a blodgett oven made in the 60s. Blodgett is getting away from there swithes that they have been replacing them with a replaceable thermocouple.made by robert shaw. A good pre-heated pizza stone will help cook the crust better when the pizza is placed right on the stone. As for the cheese burning, check the actual temp. of the oven with a good thermometer.
