Hi,dew means you got humidity level to high inside the camera
,press eject, removed the battery and try to use an air dryer an blow air inside the mechanism
thats where the dew sensor is located , for few minutes the let it cool down in a dry place
thats should reset the sensor system, if its not work that mean you will have to
replace the dew sensor.
hope that will help you, thats all i can do from here.
regards Alan.

Manual dew instrucciones

Use a hair dryer to blow warm air into the unit. Do not heat the unit but allow only warm air to circulate so as to remove any dew formation within the unit that must allow the unit to reset the error.

Dew symbol on panasonic NV-DS60

My panasonic camera does the same- from what research I've done online the only method (that REALLY works) is removing the battery pack and hitting the camera (where the battery was at, don't hit it too hard) with the palm of your hand. I didn't believe this until I tried and *poof* it worked back normal.

ReSET BUTTON

The same happens from time to time with my panasonic NV-GS11 GC video camera and I have no idea what is causing it. But what I normally do is just turn it of wait 10 seconds and turn it on again. If it stil comes on try removing the tape and see if it is faulty.

Panasonic camcorder (NV-DS65) - Dew Indicator Problem

I found this on another site, but it WORKED great for me, and was a VERY easy fix, so I suggest everyone to try it before you go disassembling your camera. I know this sounds very stupid, but it actually somehow fixed my problem, so everyone should give it a go:

1) Turn the camera on.

2) When the dew icon is displayed, take off the battery and then hit/smack the spot on the camera where the battery goes a couple of times (not overly hard, but with some force).

3) Put the battery back and see if it's fixed. If it isn't, repeat the whole procedure. It took me about four tries but now miraculously my camera seems to be working, for the first time in about 3-4 years!!!

NOTE: I don't know what the exact "fixing" spot is, so I just hitted different places of the battery spot (both the upper and lower region). Take it easy first and don't hit too hard, see if it works and try again putting more force if necessary. I still can't believe this solved the problem, wish I'd tried it back when the problem first occured!

NOTE #2: I think this fix will probably also work on some other Panasonic cameras with the same dew problem - in fact, I think the guy who originally came up with this solution actually had a different camera model than I do.. I know it's a late reply, but hopefully this helps at least someone!
