I had the same problem. To fix it I removed all of the new batteries except for the left leg. Turn buzz to Try Me Mode on his back. put the batteries back in. After the batteries are in stand him up and switch him to off for 5 seconds. Then switch him to play mode and he should come to life.

I have a problem with the hands on Buzz. The hands were moving fast, but all of a sudden it moved slow. How can I make the hands move fast?

To make the arms move faster, remove all the batteries and the batteries on the remote control.
Buy brand new batteries and insert them in. Turn buzz to TRY ME on his back. Stand him up and turn him OFF for 5 seconds. Then turn him to PLAY and the arm will move faster.

Remote will not control the helicopter

did you charge the helicopter.... you need to put the charging cable in to the copter. and charge up can use a usb power plug. when charged the light on the usb cable should light up or flash. also if you take the plastic cover off the front there is a battery in there and a board check to see what number its set on. it takes around 5 seconds for the remote to recognise the unit.

My son just received a robosapien for Christmas. I put batteries in it and the remote. The eyes only light up. The robot does not move or speak. The robosapien my son received is about 2 feet high,...

Sometimes the robot may get stuck in sleep mode. Press the power button on the robot's back (by his shoulder blade) once, and if nothing happens, wait 2 seconds and press it again. The Robosapien should begin its wakeup procedure.

confusing instructions indeed

try using robot with the power source plugged into it robot wont shut down like it does on battery
reset button on robot base

point the remote controller towards the robot’s IR receiver so that he receives the signal properly.

You can turn off Mr. Personality from a distance using the remote controller; Table 2 describes how.
NOTE:
If you want to turn him on after having turned him off using the remote controller’s power button,
you need to restart him using the power button on the
robot (press it OFF and then ON again).

New bright 19.2v nicd battery problem

I have purchased 2 remote controlled toy cars from Costco over the years. These New Bright batteris and charges last only a few charges, and then they go bad. I am disappointed. I will go to Walmart and buy a new battery and see if it works better, if not, i will return to Walmart.
