My flash not open when i make click on the disk he is give to me do you wont to formit

Click Device Manager from the returned list.
Click Disk Drives from the list of hardware
Right-click the USB external hard drive with the issue, and click Uninstall.
After the hard drive is uninstalled, unplug the USB cable.
Wait for 1 minute and then reconnect the USB cable. The driver should automatically load
Check for the USB drive in Windows Explorer

Click on round windows button (on the bottom right) > right click on "computer" > manage > select disk management > if you can see the flash drive in on the right hand side right click on it > format.

Double-click on the "Disk Utility" application. 7. The program will open, select your device from the left-hand pane. 8. Click on "Erase" on the main page. 9. Input the following information in the correct fields:
Format: MS-DOS Label: "Give your USB flash drive a title" (optional)
10. Click on the "Erase" button. 11. Upon completion, your USB flash drive will be formatted.

Right Click USB > Properties > Hardware TAB > find your USB or general usb flash disk usb device , Double Click it > Go Policies TAB > Optimize for perfromance

then Click Yes ,

don't press the emergency restart

then format it ,

right click > format file system , choose NTFS
then wait ,,

manage

in right panel double click storage

double click disk management(Local)

right click on the pen drive shown and click format

Right click on My Computer, choose Manage
A Computer Management console will appear.
On the left lokk for Disk Management and click on it.
Wait a little until the values on the right loads.
Now locate the Kingston drive, right click it and format it.

If you hear the hard disk clicking, most likely you have a faulty hard drive.
Go into the BIOS configuration and see if the BIOS has detected the hard disk, if not this means the hard disk is faulty or the disk controller is faulty.
To determine if the hard disk is faulty, remove the hard disk and connect it to an US hard disk adapter and plug it into a working computer's USB port. If this computer sees this as an external hard disk/external storage device and you can open the various folders and files then the hard drive is OK.
If the hard drive is not detected then it is faulty and you need a replacement hard disk and Windows needs to be installed on this drive to get the Dell operating again.

When you open the Flash drive don't double click and try to open.
However right click and select Explore and try to check if it opens or not.
