Reset? How about you just program new ones over the old? I'm guessing you mean intercom DSS buttons, so you dial PROGRAM 99, press the button and dial 1+ the new extension STORE. Keep doing that to all the buttons you want to program and then pick up the handset and drop it back down again when you're done.

Let's pretend you have a TVS/TVM voice mail product. It's the one you dial 165 to get. You need the password for mailbox 999. When you dial 165 from anywhere, dial #6*999 and a password. It will let you adminster the mailboxes and one of the options is to reset the password of an individual mailbox. The messages, as in custom service menus, is administered from a terminal and recorded from mailbox 998. (something like option 5 then 4). If you post your model number of the TVS system, I probably have a manual or you can search the internet for a TVS something installation and user guide.

Ah, yes, thank you. I understand. I also have a question about voice mail...and since I'm here, I hope it's okay to ask....our office actually has both T7420's and T7433's, and now I'm trying to work on changing the initial voicemail message, as well as having each individual extension receive their own voice mail, password to access it, etc. It has been set up before, but I am new to the company and I have no record of anyone's old vm passwords or any other similar information. I've tried looking through both T7433's, did PROGRAM **1234 and it says USR PGM NO instead of SYS PGM, like I've seen in the manuals and other threads.. so the [###] are limited and I'm not quite sure what the next steps are. I suppose I might post this up as another question as well, but If you could please help, I would really appreciate it!
