Your TV may be in the service mode. Some of these left the factory this way. To exit this, try one of two things. With the original remote, press the the left cursor button, follow by pressing the right cursor button. Now power off the TV with the remote or the TV itself. The second option is press the cursor button up, follow by pressing the cursor button down. Now power off the TV. Your TV should be OK. Turn on your TV after trying each of the following solutions. Thanks for asking and show a few hands of support!

One moment I'm watching TV and the next I got color vertical lines across my entire screen. If I change the main board on the tv will it fix this?

Hi,

Before changing the board, please disconnect all accessories and power cycle your tv (ie unplug for 1 minute and power up again).

Please check across multiple channels to see if you're experiencing the same thing. If so, please perform a factory reset next.

Thank you.

The volume of sony wega kv-sw29m61 set always to maximum when it turned on

On your remote control (with tv off)
1. press Display, channel 5, Volume Up and then Power
this brings up the service mode (you will see some green text on your screen)
2. Press channel 2 to scroll through options until you see "Micro" in the upper left of your screen
(channel 2 cycles up through the options, channel 5 cycles down)
3. Press channel 1 to scroll through suboptions until you see "DIOF" appear under "Micro"
(channel 1 cycles up through the suboptions, channel 4 cycles down)
4. Press channel six until the default value (12:60) changes to 12:40
(channel 3 increases the value, channel 6 decreases the value)
5. Once the value has been changed to 12:40, press Muting and you should see red text in the upper right hand corner that says "Write"
6. Simply turn the power off and back on for the change to take effect. Your volume problems should now be fixed.

I have power to my ps3 but no pictu on the tv.

Also, if it was previously plugged in to HD, it might need to be switched back to SD cable. To do this switch your ps3 off, then press and hold the power button when you turn it on. It will beep once when you turn it on, then beep again after a few seconds. Once it's beeped the second time the display settings will be reset and hopefully it will show up on the screen.

My ps3 power up but ther's no image no nothig, tv screen changes color as if somthing it's going to come up but nothing. I checked the HDMI wires and everything related and they ck. out o.k. can anybody...

hold down your power button to shut off the device and then cycle the power on the back of the ps3. once this is done, try again. if this doesn't work, try setting up your playstation with a different cable. the OS may have a hard time defaulting to HDMI sometimes.
