Most likely there is paper stuck in the very back behind one of the trays. Take both trays out and see if there is any paper jammed (could be a small piece). Put trays back in but leave them open, turn off the printer, unplug it, wait 5 minutes, plug it back in, turn it back on and push in the trays.
This code can also pop up if one of the paper path "doors" on the inside are not fully seated in the closed position
