How to activate the self cleaning mode? - Frigidaire 30" Self-Cleaning Freestanding Electric Range - White-on-White

Ours has a hidden locking door latch that you have to activate before the clean mode would start. Get down low & look for a really thin latch in the opening between the door & the top.

Have you tried switching off the breaker/power circuit, or unplugging to reset?

Put the oven in self clean mode, it will lock the oven, once the self clean mode has started turn the self clean mode off, give it a second and the oven should turn off. Same thing just happened to me and it worked.

How do I clean my jenn-air double oven when I lock oven door and turn oven to clean mode set time to start I don't get anything. Also when I lock the oven door the oven lock light does not come on.
