yea, you need the software, go to verizon.com to download the needed software for your usb and you shouldnt have any problem, or youll have to send it to an email account or ur pix place from verizon to help you get your pictures

Yes.. There is a free program that is called BitPim you can google it.. It will show you how to use it and how to move files off of you phone to your computer.. If you need the drivers to hook up the cable you can get them right off motorola' s website... Motodev.com. No, Unfortunately, Unless You Can Find Some Driver For Your Phone, Which I've Searched For Months And Haven't Found Any, But Good Luck If You Try, What You Should Do Is Purchase A Micro SD Card They Are Fairly Cheap At Wal-Mart, And If It Does Not Come With One, Put The Micro SD Card In Your Phone And Format It, Then When You Take Pictures With It Go To The Options Before It Is Taken Then Select The Card Option, And Whenever You Put Your Card In The Reader And Plug It Into The Computer They Will Be In A Folder Named my_pix.
