If you are using Windows XP, then when the computer asks for password, then press Ctrl Alt Delete twice to change the screen into a classic one. After that, type "Administrator" in the User Name box and leave the Password box blank if you don't know the administrator password and press enter. This will open up your computer in the Administrator account. You can do everything as you did in your own account. Now go to Start>Run. Now type "cmd" in the box and press enter.
