The lasko ceramic element fell over, and stopped working. After setting it upright I attempted to turn it back on. The heater will only beep after i press the power button.

It sounds like the beeping and flashing issue on your Lasko Ceramic Heater might be related to the clock setting. Here's what you can try:
Unplug the heater for a few minutes to ensure it's completely powered off.
While it's unplugged, try to reset the clock to the correct time by pressing the appropriate buttons on the heater's control panel. You might need to refer to the user manual for specific instructions on setting the clock.
After setting the clock correctly, plug the heater back in and see if the beeping stops.
If the issue persists, it's a good idea to consult the user manual or contact Lasko customer support for further assistance, as there might be a specific sequence of buttons to reset the clock or troubleshoot the problem.
You have an excess amount of lint buildup inside the ceramic element,
you need to take the unit apart to clean the element. The fan housing
covers the backside of the element and blows the air forward, over a
period of time lint builds up.
You need a qualified person to
take it apart safely and clean it. It takes a Special Chinese Triangle
Bit screwdriver to remove the 2 tamper proof screws from the back.

If I am getting this right you just purchased this heater? I would return it and get another one. It sounds like the tip over switch is not made and will only show that power is getting to it but the tip switch is keeping it from heating.
unplug the heater. clean the vents in the back using a vacuum cleaner hose attachment. wait 15 minute and plug the heater back in. This has worked for me.
mine does the same thing every year. I just clean out the dust from the vents on the back of the heater so the heater can breath otherwise it could get too hot and the safety fetcher kick in and makes the heater stop working.
just wanted to say that I am having the same problem. I turn it on and it stops working. When I push the power, it only lights up for a second and beeps and then goes off. Is there a solution to this yet?
I think the company owes us an explanation. I have already tried to plug it in to different outlets and still get the same results.
I had the same problem with mine,, I called the 800# and they told me to either vacuum it out weekly or use a hair dryer to blow out the vents, both solutions seemed to have work for me ~ good luck
let me guess it just makes that beep, and doesnt even turn on.get a steak knife or flat head screw driver and scrape all the dust and hair of the steel screen on the back every two months or so.it should work after that.i had the same problem.
