I have Bosch 2400 ES NG indoor model, it stop working today. it is under warranty, do you know who carries parts, also certified technician to do a house calls.

C7 code has to do with your main fan. Either its not working due to it being blocked or having gotten wet/damaged/power surged, or your control unit isn't supplying the correct 120V to the fan. Your control has a ceramic fuse that you can test as well.
First, look for 120V to either the left or right pair of wires in the molex plug on the fan. if you have voltage, then the fan is bad. If you dont, its either just a fuse, the board is bad, or the fan is bad causing the fuse to blow. Insert the supplied spare fuse, and power up the unit. If it blows the fuse again, its the fan.
Tankless are complex electronic machines. If on-site plumbers cannot figure out problem, then you need trained service technician with a service manual for your specific product, who can ohm-test the electronics. Bosch will have a list of trained service technicians. And maybe Bosch has another step for fixing problem yourself.

Sounds like you may actually need to have the unit recalibrated by a Bosch Authorized Technician. Bosch Tankless units MUST be cinstalled and calibrated by a factory trained and certified technician as they are the only ones who have the proper tools for setting up the units.
If you did not have it installed by someone who is certified by Bosch, I would recommend that you call Bosch Service and get the name of someone who is.
I myself have a Bosch NG2700 unit and have never experienced any issues with it not working. Could be that the device is wired into a branch circuit of your home that is having problems or is underrated for the unit.
The heater should be plugged into an isolated 15amp minimum outlet.
Check the breaker/outlet, then call Bosch service next. The units have a 12 year warranty, so get it checked out. You may have to pay for the labor, but if they are certified and have the calibration unit, it should run you no more than a 1 hour call.

Yes Bosch is very annimate on having a service plumber check out the problem with their heater. If a qualified technician is not the one to diagnose the problem correctly they could be wasting money sending out the parts when they are not the right ones. Very understandable on their part.
It sounds like you have a well. Make sure the water pressure does not dip below 30PSI. Otherwise, the gas pipe or the CO2 levels need to be adjusted by a qualified gas technician.
I was looking for a service manual, which you apparently do not supply. I was not looking for someone who will charge me a fee to get information. I can get that info directly from Bosch for free. Thank you for answering. John
