Check for shorted out transistors in the inverter circuits, also check the fuse, caps, solder joints. Or www.digikey.com just make sure to use caps with low ESR, 105c, high ripple current, long life rating such as PANASONIC FM or FC series.
You may want to buy the board if you do not want to troubleshoot it down to components level.
