I'm pretty sure the FP code means freeze protection engaged. It prevents the outside coil from freezing

Laser unit. You can try re seating the connectors on the laser unit.

E3-11 means a problem with a High Voltages Power Supply Leak..... this most commonly is caused by a dirty corona unit,..probably covered with spilling toner from within the machine.
Open the front door, realease to the left the Green handle in the middle at the bottom...this will lower the Transfer corona unit. You can then pull it out... you will see inside 3 wires, this unit is supposed to be "clean" ...if there is toner on it try cleaning it off with a soft brush or compressed air...DO NOT BREAK THE WIRES.....if you break them you will most definately need a serviceman to replace them because it will not work if you break them!!
Once you have cleaned the corona unit put it back into the holder that you removed it from...reverse your actions and close the machine back up...hopefully that will get rid of the error code.

FP- Freeze protection engaged. Check temp setting not more than 5 degree of your room temp.
Check gas pressure. Due to low pressure also freezing will be there. Check and rectify it.

C0210 indicates a problem with the Transfer/paper separator corona unit.( the one below the drum)..it is either dirty, not installed properly or may need replacement.

C0100 indicates a problem with the PC Drum charge wire cleaning motor(M21's) failure to turn.
M21 is the motor attached to the corona unit itself...you will see this when the drum unit is slid out of the copier.

E1-22 indicates a problem with the Polygon Motor Sychronization....this is a problem in the laser unit either the Driver pcb is shorted or broken, the Laser unit pcb is defective, the laser unit itself could be defective.

Error code means that the cleaner for the transfer corona unit is not working correctly.

Did you replace the Developer unit?
I beleive the Developer unit is not installed properly
