Hi 3657729 Your camera works with SD cards up to 2GB in size. But not SDHC or cards 4GB and larger. This also applys to microSDHC cards and microSD cards. Please rate me Bud

the norcent dc-1020 requires MPEG-4 audio codec. make sure your computer has this codec. it sounds like your computer doesnt have the audio codec needed.
