The red 20amp braker at the bottom of my box keep berking with only a small amont of things pluged in. Any part of the house THE SAME BRAKER brakes . is that right? The same braker?

unplugging it while it was runnong shouldn't damage it, probably just the circuit braker. check to see if there is a button or some type of circuit braker on the unit and reset it, if it does not have one check the circuit braker that supplies it power. (in your braker box)
1 of 2 things #1 the pressure releive valve that lets the pressure of the pump when it kicks off is stuck closed so what is happening is when the compressor kicks back on its under a load and trips braker. #2 your braker is to small for the compressor.
There is a red reset on the outdoor unit, near where the copper lines connect to it, also there should be fuses in the disconnect box, near the outdoor unit, that the electrician installed.
unlikely a fault with dryer. try plugging another high consumption item into the socket you use for the dryer ie elec kettle or iron. see if breaker still trips and if so you have fault in socket or house wiring. if you put a plug on the dryer yourself, check you have wired plug correctly
