Hi, the mp4 files playback depends on the phone pixels and the fps(frames per second). The mp4 files with high quality has more pixels resolution and fps.

Make sure the video you are trying to play is in MPEG4/MP4 format since
that's the only format that's supported by Samsung B3410.If not,then use a free MP4 converter such as Leawo
free MP4 converter,it can convert video formats such as VOB,AVI and MPEG
to MP4 format.

Even I am facing the same problem. I have downloaded the Kies software for Samsung C3300 and have converted video using the same. Still when I have uploaded that video to mobile and tried playing it, it shows "Not Supported content". Can somebody help me over this???
