You did not say if timer is 120Volt or 240Volt.
This information is on the door.

R8806P101 is 240Volt timer has 4 terminals from left to right. 1-2-3-4
240V Hot wires from breaker connect to terminals 1 and 3
Wires going to pump connect to terminals 2 and 4

R88 series 120Volt timer has same terminals as above.
120V Black hot wire from breaker connect to terminal 1
White neutral wire from breaker box connects to terminal 3
Black wire going to pump connects to terminal 2
White wire going to pump connects to terminal 4

My orbit is wired right, but only sprinkler number 2 will work. It comes on when I push for 1 3and 4

If indeed it is wired correctly, and your wires go where you think they do, then your Orbit is defective.
Test by removing wires 1,2,3, and 4.
Push for 1, and touch wire 1 to the connector for 1. Sprinkler 1 comes on? Touch wire 1 to the connector for 2. Sprinkler 1 comes on?
If yes to both, then Orbit is broken.

System quit watering. Tried man/adv and won't energize sprinkler valves. I can operate sprinkler valves manually. Tried unplugging power source to reset. Any suggestions?

Most sprinkler valves run on electricity from the timer. If the time doesn't send electricity out, the valves don't open. If an animal has chewed through a wire, that valve won't open.
You can take a meter and check the voltage on the wire at the timer. If nothing, replace timer.
If you get correct voltage at timer, measure at valve. if voltage good there, replace valve.

Wiring new sprinkler timer one wire on my old

Just cut the common wire and put one end in each of the 2 pins. The rain sensor just interrupts the signal to the valves when wet.

Circuitry from fuse box (220v) to timer and to sprinkler pump 220v

Copy following link:
http://waterheatertimer.org/How-to-wire-Intermatic-sprinkler-timers.html
240Volt requires 2 hot wires, but not additional neutral wire. Just cap the neutral.

http://waterheatertimer.org/See-inside-main-breaker-box.html
The rain sensor should have it's own power source (for example plug into outlet, or use 1 Hot and 1 Neutral to supply power to rain sensor), and then wires from rain sensor connect to two rain-sensor terminals located on timer.
Do not connect power directly the the rain sensor terminals.

Can I connect a rain guage to a intermatic T8805P101C sprinkler clock?

1) Not directly to timer, because the T8805P101C 125Volt sprinkler/irrigation timer does not have additional wiring terminals for rain sensor.

2) Buy R8815P101 125Volt timer has additional terminals for sensor.

3) If you are good at wiring projects: Then you can wire rain sensor to 24Volt 8-pin relay, and have relay open and close power to pump or sprinkler head.

How do you wire a Toro Rain Sensor 53769 to Intermatic Timer T8845PV

The rain sensor only connects to Intermatic sprinkler timer IF the timer has the rain sensor terminals.
Not all Intermatic sprinkler timers have that connection.
For example R8815P101C and R8816P101C have rain sensor terminals

I think the rain sensor terminals are located to the right of main wiring terminal block.
There are two screw terminals.

The rain sensor plugs into a power source, and then sensor wires connect to the timer.
Apply no voltage to the sprinkler timer terminals.
