I answered same problem like you have now. Just in case you don't find it. I hope you are familiar with these things technically. Open the set up-to where the lens can be accessed, remove the iris unit and clean those two curtain(shutter), for sure it's stucked up. You san test it by moving it open manually and it must close when released. To clean, you have to remove these curtain out from the assy. Spray with head cleaning agent or any alcohol base cleaner and dry.Test iris unit first to make sure its ok before assembling. Good Luck
