How do I convert to WMV from flv or mp4?

OK...I followed your directions for converting from WMV to WMV9 with no problems...thank you! Now, how do I go from flv or mp4 to wmv? Can I use the encoder? I used a service that leaves a big watermark and don't really want to purchase it. Is there a way to do this free?
