HI smu1975 listen you need to check the server settings on the phone the settings are email commom servers you can google them for your phone. You can put these settings in your phone. Port 110 incoming and port 587 for outgoing.

For activating the gprs connection please contact the customer care and ask for the gprs settings by telling them the name of ur mobile . if they cant provide u the automatic settings ask for the manual settings and enter in ur phone....... after activating the gprs reset ur phone . now ur phone is ready for use
