Hi, I've got a broken spring bar on my Tissot PRC 200 and would like to replace it. I understand that it has got a lug width of 19mm. Does that mean I should buy a 19mm spring bar, or should it be a 20mm spring bar? Thank you.

Two of the spring-bars broke on the clasp of my PRS200, so I took it to an un-named watch repair shop that was closer than the Tissot-authorized store (Leslie Gold Watch Co.) at which I bought the item 5 years prior. After the repair, the clasp kept popping off, so I took it to the Tissot store, and they told me that it was because the ends of the bars didn't fit properly. They replaced the faulty bars for me at no cost, and the watch has been sitting on my wrist fine for the last year-and-a-half.

I have a KLAUS KORBE KORBEC Mod kkg1918 with a broken spring bar. Split strap. Where can i get a replacement? Thanks

The spring bar should be the easiest and cheapest part to this repair. Measurements are taken between the watch lugs in metric. Spring bar assortments can be purchased on Amazon very inexpensively. The broken strap is the more expensive part of the repair and can only be sourced from KORBEC directly through their website and or authorized local dealer / jewelry shop.

Are there replacement bands

Yes, most watches have standard sized bands. There is something called a "lug measurement", which is the width of the strap end that fits onto the watch. It's usually in millimeters (mm), so it could be 12mm, 14mm, 16mm, 18mm, 19mm, 20mm, and so on. You do not need to buy the same brand of band as the watch. The best place to find a new band for low prices is eBay and Amazon.

Won`t start after battery change

Shortcut battery with AC contact. AC can be found on the sides of watch movement(very tiny). You have to use pointed tweezers: one end on battery+, another on AC contact for three secs....

I bought a Tissot prc 200 quartz chronograph a month ago and it suddenly stopped working. Can someone please tell me what's the problem?

Well, I go to a jewelry shop called fast fix and purchased a "forever battery " most obvious answer is that the battery is simply dead. Second, there may be debris in the clockwork, which will also kill the battery. Good thing about the forever battery method is that they will clean out the watch for free usually, which saves on them replacing the battery.

Date change

Hi.
I take it that your watch changes date at 12 noon, instead of 12 midnight.
If so change the time of your watch 12 hours, so it reads the same time, but instead of am, it is pm, or visa versa. Analog watches do not have a 24 hour time setting.

Prc 200 needing battery replaced every week!!! i

Your watch is draining the charge on the battery. It is possible that you have a bad coil or circuit block that is causing the battery to die. An acceptable battery should last you at least 9 months to a year. You need to send your watch in to the manufacturer to have them fix the motor.

My children have pressed two buttons(start/stop and reset) at the same time, as a result of the start button fell out of watch. Is it possible to install it by myself? Button are spring-loaded and two...

The buttons are held on from the inside by a tiny circlip, I'm guessing this has broken if it has come out completely. You will not be able to do it yourself.. Sorry

My prc 200 is not working maybe its the battery?

These watches are "automatic" which means that the are self winding.

They will run for 1 -2 days before stopping. Shake the watchgently from side to side for a few minutes and it should start again.

(These watches need to be constantly used to keep them working).
