My remington epilator -model EP6025- will not charge. The light doesn't show it's charging and it won't turn on at all. How can it be fixed?

I'm having the same problem right now, but I tried using my grandmom's phone charger adapter and it works even though the charging indicator light didnt turn on still, so I'm guessing you should just find a new charger see if it works. let me know if its a new charger that we need.. thanks

    Hey!
I'm having the same problem too except I accidentally plugged my epilator into a 220V...what model was your grandmother's phone charger? Do you know I can get a replacement charger anywhere?

I forgot .. but I guess you could try finding any charger with the same Volts and cable heads. I stopped using my grandmother's phone charger. My dad bought me a charger that fits into my epilator and it works just fine except the charging indicator light (still not on).

I have an epilator (Remington Model # EP-6025). I have been using it in US and now, I would like to use it in India. Can I just use an adoptor for the chord and use this epilator

Yes, India uses 230 Volts at 50 Hz alternating current as the power source. Plugs and sockets have either grounded earthed 3 Pin connections (Type D) or ungrounded 2 pin connections (Type C).
All you need is an adaptor like the one in the picture.

Why is my epilator not charging?

Same problem. Only after 2 months of buying silk epil 7 epilator, it stopped charging and is not working at all. There is very few customer service centres of Braun in India. So it is very difficult to contact them and show your product to find out the issue.

How to clean a remington EP6010 epilator?

AFTER EACH USE
CLEANING THE EPILATION HEAD Ensure the epilator is turned off and disconnected from the mains. Press the head release button/s and open the head assembly. (Diagram G) Turn the head assembly upside down. Using your thumbs, push the small sides together and push the epilation head upwards. This releases the curved epilation head. Brush the accumulated hair from the tweezers by turning the barrel manually. NOTE: The body of the epilator is not washable. Do not submerge in water.
TO REMOVE RESIDUE To remove residue from the stainless steel tweezers, dampen a swab with alcohol. Gently run the swab over the tweezers until the residue has been removed.
