My remington epilator -model EP6025- will not charge. The light doesn't show it's charging and it won't turn on at all. How can it be fixed?

I'm having the same problem too except I accidentally plugged my epilator into a 220V...what model was your grandmother's phone charger? Do you know I can get a replacement charger anywhere? Hey! I forgot .. but I guess you could try finding any charger with the same Volts and cable heads. I stopped using my grandmother's phone charger. My dad bought me a charger that fits into my epilator and it works just fine except the charging indicator light (still not on).
